
Crispy Baked Kale Snack
1lb washed and torn kale leaves
1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- Combine all and spread evenly in one layer on cookie sheets
- Bake at 325 degrees for 12 to 15minutes or until kale is dry and “paper-like” but not brown
